Suddenly, a trail of tiny footprints appeared in the snow. It went right across their yard! "What do you think made those?" Lily asked with wide eyes.

Max pointed at the footprints. "Maybe it was a squirrel!" he suggested. "Or perhaps a bunny!" said Lily, all excited. They decided to follow the

footprints to find out. They tiptoed on and on, laughing as they stepped in the soft snow. Every few steps, they looked at each other and

smiled. "Where do you think they will lead us?" asked Max, full of wonder. "Let’s see!" said Lily, her eyes sparkling with adventure.

As they walked on, the footprints twisted and turned, leading them past tall trees and sparkling icicles. "Look at that big tree!" Max

exclaimed, pointing up. The tree was covered in fluffy snow. Suddenly, they heard a rustling sound. Lily whispered, "What’s that?" Just then, a

little brown rabbit appeared! It wiggled its nose and looked at them curiously. Max and Lily stood very still, surprised and excited.

twitched its ears and nodded, as if to say, "Yes!" Lily clapped her hands in delight. "You’re so cute!" she exclaimed. The rabbit seemed to like the

attention. It wiggled its nose and hopped in circles around them. Max and Lily cheered, feeling happy to meet their new furry friend.
