Sam's Brave Words

One sunny morning, Sam felt a tickle in his tummy. Today was the day he had to speak in front of the whole class. "What if I forget my

words?" he whispered to himself, feeling scared. Then he thought of his favorite story, where the little bird learned to sing. "I can do

this!" he said quietly, taking a deep breath. The bell rang, calling everyone to their seats, and Sam took one last deep breath.

When the teacher, Miss Lily, smiled at him, Sam felt a bit better. "Today, Sam will share his story!" she announced cheerfully. Sam's

heart raced as he stood up. His friends smiled and waved, making him feel a little less scared. "You can do it, Sam!" shouted Mia

from the back. Holding his favorite book tightly, he stepped closer to the front of the room, ready to share his thoughts.

"Once upon a time, there was a brave little bird," Sam began, his voice a little shaky. But as he spoke, he remembered how special that

bird was. "It wanted to sing but was too shy!" he said, looking at his friends. They were listening! Sam continued, growing bolder

with each word. He pretended he was that little bird, and his story flew out like a beautiful song, filling the classroom.

As Sam reached the end of his story, he felt his tummy relax. Everyone clapped when he finished! "I was worried, but I did it!" he

beamed, his smile bright as the sun. Miss Lily said, "Wonderful job, Sam! You were so brave!" Sam’s cheeks turned pink, and he

giggled at the kind words. In that moment, he felt like the bravest little bird in the world, soaring high with joy.

When class ended, his friends hugged him. "You were amazing, Sam!" cheered Ben. Sam grinned, joy bubbling inside him. He had faced his fears and shared his story. From that day

on, whenever he felt scared, he remembered the brave little bird. And he knew he could be brave too. "I can do this!" he whispered, ready for whatever came next.
